 A Car Owner's Journey


  1. The Owner signs up on the Platform

  2. The Owner verifies their information
          a. Upload license 
          b. Phone number
          c. Email address
          d. Social media (if applicable)

  3. The Owner lists their care
          a. Upload car documents
                i. Insurance 
                ii. Valuation Report
                iii. Fitness Test
                iv. Registration
                v. Tracking Device 
                vi. Enter all car information, description, and professional photos

  4. The Owner waits 1 - 4 days for approval

  5. After the car is approved, it will start showing up online

  6. The Owner awaits 1st rental

  7. 1st rental is booked by the Traveler; the Owner receives the details for booking via email and app notification

  8. The Owner makes sure the car is clean and has a full tank of fuel

  9. The Owner meets with the Traveler to hand off the car

  10. The Owner checks the car with the Traveler and takes pictures

  11. The Owner meets with the Traveler to retrieve the car; again owner checks the car and takes pictures

 A Traveler's Journey


  1. The Traveler signs up on the Platform

  2. The Traveler verifies their information
          a. Upload license 
          b. Phone number
          c. Email address
          d. Social media

  3. Wait a few minutes for approval

  4. After the traveler is approved, they can book their dream car

  5. The Traveler books 1st rental; the traveler receives confirmation of booking via email and app notification

  6. The Traveler meets with the Owner to hand off the car

  7. The Traveler checks the car with the Owner and takes pictures

  8. During the rental period, the traveler takes care of the Owner's car as if it were their own

  9. The Owner meets with the Traveler to retrieve the car; again Traveler checks the car and takes pictures
