Reporting Car Issues

Travelers should immediately let us know if they experience car issues. If the car you picked up is different than you expected, notify us as soon as possible.

 

Veekle requires that owners maintain their cars in accordance with all laws and regulations regarding car safety, condition, and operation. Cars should be thoroughly inspected before the start of your trip. Document the condition of the car by taking photos, uploading them, and sending these to us right away. Once you’ve done that, please call us.


Our support team will review the situation and guide you through the following steps: canceling the trip, issuing you a full refund, and helping you find a different car.
 

Do not accept and do not drive any car that is not legal or not safe.
