What is the refund policy?

Veekle car owners have the autonomy to establish their own refund and cancellation policies, which can range from flexible, moderate, to strict. As a traveler, it's crucial to familiarize yourself with the owner's refund policy before making a booking. Please be aware that any cancellations or refunds that do not comply with the owner's cancellation policy cannot be negotiated.

If you cancel your booking within the free cancellation period, Veekle will refund the payment method you used. However, please keep in mind that refunds may take up to 10 days to be deposited back to your original payment method, as we have no control over bank processing times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.
